The wage agreement at EDF that ended several weeks of strikes at the nuclear plants was “unanimously signed” on Thursday after consultations within the four representative unions, management announced. “The agreement was signed unanimously by the four representative unions”, namely the CGT, FO, CFDT and CFE-CGC, the management said.
In detail, EDF management has proposed a 5% increase for low wages up to supervisors, according to Franck Redondo, FO Secretary of the CSE in Gravelines. Management was offered a 2.5% raise accompanied by bonuses. These general increases will be accompanied by individual advances of 2.45%, according to him.
