Budget: Assembly Finance Committee officials demand documents by Monday

Eric Coquerel (LFI) and Charles de Courson (Liot) would like to see the documents relating to the 2024 and 2025 budgets that Thomas Cazenave “promised” them for Monday.

The president and the rapporteur-general of the National Assembly’s Finance Committee asked the Minister of Public Accounts, Thomas Cazenave, on Friday to communicate to them certain budget documents by Monday, threatening to go to Bercy to carry out their own investigations.

Eric Coquerel (LFI) and Charles de Courson (Liot) would like to see the documents relating to the 2024 and 2025 budgets that Thomas Cazenave “promised” them for Monday. “In the event that these documents are not transmitted on Monday 2 September, we will carry out joint investigations on the documents and on the ground to study this information as soon as possible,” the two men write in a letter.
