The 5th edition of the international fair for imports from China, which will be held in Shanghai from November 5 to 10, grants a privileged place to the main French cosmetic groups.

[CONTENU PARTENAIRE] The China International Import Expo opens its doors this Saturday, November 5, at the National Exhibition and Convention Center in Shanghai.

It is a privileged showcase for the main French cosmetics groups, including L’Oréal and Kering, present at this meeting with their emblematic brand Yves Saint Laurent.

The CIIE is not only a trade fair, it is also an event to push forward China’s qualitative economic development and further opening up.

The consumer goods exhibition area, which houses major brands and new products, has attracted many visitors in the first year. The launch of the Yves Saint Laurent brand’s chic and futuristic tool that allows you to create your custom lipstick greatly impressed the public during the last edition. This flagship product can now be prominently found in Shanghai boutiques.

In the program of this 5th edition a large number of novelties from L’Oréal with its products dedicated to facial care, hair coloring and personalized perfumes. Other brands must also present innovative organic products. Objective: to test the reactions of Chinese consumers.

Between 2018 and 2021, statistics from the Ministry of Commerce show that the exhibitors who participated in the four CIIE launched more than 1,500 new products, technologies and services. It is a cumulative billing forecast of more than 270,000 million dollars.
