The employers, represented by the MEDEF and the CPME, held a common press conference on Monday before the last meeting of the social partners of the “conclave” on pensions, after four months of a consultation conducted by François Bayrou.
“We can have an agreement,” said Patrick Martin, president of Medef, with the “common proposal of Medef and CPME on the various elements that employee unions expect,” including the age of the discount, women’s careers, arduity.
“We are going to put proposals on the table, with some additional advances,” said a Medef representative before the AFP, a body that has long hung their participation in the last meeting.
These clues could turn into account taking into account arduity, said a source close to the file to the AFP.
After these statements, the CFDT and the CFE-CGC accused the employers of “scoring” negotiations.
“We ask that the negotiation be carried out in the joint text (…) What the Medef wants to put on the table,” said Yvan Ricordeau in charge of the negotiation for the CFDT.
