The general secretary of CFDT, Marylise Léon, said on Monday, July 21 that the new unemployment insurance reform sought by the Government would be “total butcher shop for employment applicants” with a volume of savings “that has never been carried out.”
It is “a reform that would bring 2 to 2.5 billion euros” initially. And “we would be between 3 and 4 billion in the full year, when the devices would have entered into force. Therefore, it is a total butcher shop for employment applicants,” said Marylise Léon after an exchange with Labor Minister Astrid Panosyan-Bouvet, about the social negotiations desired by the Government in the context of budget effort.
