Renaissance, the Presidential Party, presented its new proposals to less than two years of the Supreme Election, during a press conference this Monday, July 21.
Its leader, Gabriel Attal, who feeds ambitions by 2027, has presented very ambitious objectives, in particular, “increase the average salary of the French at the level of Americans at 3,000 euros per month”, on a horizon of 10 to 20 years, when he am rumptially ascends to only 2,183 euros.
When implementing a “productivity clash”, the Prime Minister of Lancien also expects “to create 2 million jobs, including 500,000 in the industry” in the coming years, while the unemployment rate increases again and could reach 9% from 2027 according to the OFCE (French observatory for economic conditions).
Savings sign
Based on the report made by Mario Draghi on European productivity, the Renaissance estimates the “need for investment in innovation and defense in 5 points of the GDP per year” and puts a lot in a better discharge of private savings.
Gabriel Attal also proposed to “recover the fall in production taxes” and find a form of lower energy prices “by pointing to 50 euros per MWh.”
Part of this project should be played at European level, build a “common industrial policy on the model of the common agricultural policy (CAP)” and by transposing the European competitiveness report represented by Mario Draghi. The Renaissance also begs an “industrial shield”, aimed at protecting the industry of the former continent, particularly against Chinese competition.
Simplification
The Renaissance also puts a lot in simplification and proposes to create in France “100 territories of innovation and growth”, where administrative procedures would accelerate and simplify, “in the model of the Olympic Games or the reconstruction of Notre Dame”.
At the end of June, in Les Echos, Gabriel Attal had planned these territories such as “types of small Sing ups, with a very pro-negocios regulatory and fiscal environment.”
In this interview, the former prime minister also foresees “the abolition of the salary participation of the subscription of old age, which would put a month 13 for the French who work”, to bring the gross salary to the net salary.
A new agency could be created: “France Company in France’s service model so that companies can only have one contact point.” Another proposal: impose a limit on administrations “in the number of words used every year in regulatory writings.”
Renaissance also announces his intention to bet on education and, in particular, higher education to boost innovation. “A right to assume studies” is proposed as an improvement in “short and qualified training.”
