At the head of 1,600 stores (Hyper U, Super U, U Express and useful) and 73,000 employees, the CEO attests to an unpopular measure with its equipment. “The acceptability conditions of the abolition of these two days are not fulfilled at all,” he said.
According to him, customers and employees “understand that everyone must make efforts” but “must be more equitable.”
“Lucid consumption, with options”
He also punished the idea of working more without winning more. Especially because consumption, if it is slightly higher than last year, is still fragile.
“There are always arbitrations, this summer was made at the expense of the restoration (…), consumers have come to our stores to buy the picnic to eat on the beach, or the food to be hired,” he said. “In addition, in non -food, it is still very difficult.”
At the beginning of the school year, the French can benefit from prices 2% in school supplies.
