+137,000 barrels per day: OPEC+ once again increases its oil production

The eight OPEC+ countries (including Saudi and Russia Arabia) decided to increase daily oil production by 137,000 barrels in October 2025 compared to September.

Accentuating its strategy to reconquer the market share launched in April, Ryad, Moscow and six OPEC+ oil producers increased their oil production fees again this Sunday, September 7, to the surprise of the operators.

The eight energy ministers decided to increase the production of 137,000 barrels per day in October 2025 compared to the level required in September, according to the OPEC press release. The world consumes around 100 million barrels, containing 159 liters of oil every day.
