It gets stuck. SNCF customers whose TGV journey was canceled following the strike over the Christmas weekend are fighting to get their refund. Remember that the operator promised them compensation in a bonus equal to the price of the ticket, in addition to their full refund, that is, 200% compensation.
As often happens, discontent grows on social networks. Many customers explain that they have placed their order through the dedicated form but are still waiting for a response, a return. And those who try to contact customer support regret not finding anyone on the phone or on the keyboard.
“Intolerable”
Something that irritated the National Federation of Transport Users: “Not only did they bother customers because they no longer had a ticket, but they also have to make endless efforts to get their money back, it is intolerable,” denounces its president Bruno Gazeau, which requires that these compensations be automated, without customer intervention.
Questioned, the SNCF did not want to comment for the moment.
