Who is your main target?

In these two cases, we support the franchisors that use our services by providing them with a development director and a timeshare animation director. Finally, we also act as a part-time performance manager for franchisors. In this case, we pilot the implementation of the strategy and action plan, manage internal teams and optimize performance. In this way, franchisors will be able to stay one step ahead, both in relation to their market and their franchisees. They become reference franchisors.

How is the division carried out between these two categories of customers?

Today, 70% of the assignments we make are on behalf of companies launching franchises, the other 30% include existing franchisors. At Bras Droit des Dirigeants, we cover all facets of the franchise from the design part to the animation part and network development. It is the same person who is in charge of it, in a very operational way, with the heads of the company. The latter thus have a single window for all their requests. For the Right Arm of Managers network, this is a very important performance element.

Is the franchise model experiencing increasing success?

In the field of franchising, the Covid-19 crisis has clearly played an accelerating role. For people who want to undertake entrepreneurship, this development model is a guarantee of security and peace of mind because it is based on well-established and economically valid concepts. After 5 years of operation, 78% of franchised companies are still in business, compared to less than 50% for other types of companies.

What are your ambitions for the coming months?

Today, the Right Arm of Managers Franchise Strategy and Development network is comprised of three franchisees. In 2023, it will double to quickly reach at least fifteen franchisees by 2025 throughout France.
