Anchoring your philosophy in reality

Junior ISIT specifically pursues its philosophy based on openness, understanding and exchange. In fact, the internal management at Junior is collaborative and each one is part of the Board of Directors. In this sense, it is natural that it offers, in addition to its language specialization services, consultancy in human resources, communication, marketing and interculturality.

The Junior-Enterprise also organizes in Arcueil, from November 11 to 13, a European congress, the JEE Autumn Conference, which brings together 200 Junior-Entrepreneurs from all over Europe. “It’s an international and intercultural event just the way we like it! », concludes the vice president.

According to a study carried out by INSEE, 85% of the turnover of large firms is made abroad (1,030 million euros). As for ETIs and SMEs, this turnover represents respectively 14% (170 million euros) and less than 1% (11 million euros). Companies are internationalizing with the need, for some, of advice to be able to prosper better.
