American actor Alec Baldwin announced this Wednesday that he had reached an agreement with the family of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins, murdered in October 2021 by the firing of a revolver she was handling during the filming of the western. In an Instagram post, the comedian said he was “grateful to everyone who has contributed to the resolution of this tragic and heartbreaking case.”
Production on the film will resume in January 2023, according to a separate statement, with the same cast and director, who were injured in the October 2021 incident.
