The French public awarded twelve points to Israel, according to the EurovisionWorld.com site. This country’s representative, Eden Golan, was booed during her appearance on stage. Many people were calling for a boycott due to the Israeli response in the Gaza Strip since October 7.
In second place in the French ranking is Armenia, which was represented by the Lille Ladaniva team and obtained 10 points. Ukraine completes the podium with 8 points.

Spain and Italy received 0 points each.
France has not won Eurovision since Marie Myriam in 1977 and this year it chose a singer with a consolidated career as the title My love, that aims to be unifying. The song finished in fourth place.
