Directed by an investigation for domestic violence, Jean Imbert addresses his establishments

Accused by several former partners of violence and attacked by an investigation for domestic violence, chief Jean Imbert announces on his Instagram account to put “his establishments, while justice does his job.”

“Justice becomes incauating, it is a relief and I have no doubts about the result of the investigation,” he writes.

Silence from the complaint of August 23, of his former companion Lila Salet, with whom he maintained an adventure in 2012-2013, Jean Imbert, therefore, decided to express himself this Wednesday, August 27.

“I will not express myself here about what has been said in recent months, because one cannot defend himself, apologize or speak with dignity in the noise of the media.”

The first accusations of violence against him date in April, when the magazine published the testimony of four former companions, including Lila Salet and former Miss France Alexandra Rosenfled, who later spoke under the pseudonym.

Then, on August 20, Alexandra Rosenfeld decided to get out of anonymity and testify with an open face, saying that Jean Imbert had put “a whim” and had broken his nose.

Speaking on Wednesday in RTL, Lila Salet tells him that he was “afraid of (his) life”, and explains that he decided to file a complaint, despite the prescription of the facts, so that “all those who have suffered can see that it is possible, that they will be heard and that justice can be returned.”

Jean Ibert had denied in the magazine’s columns She Having exercised the slightest physical or psychological violence towards the former partner. The chef’s lawyers also challenged any “kidnapping” of Lila Salet during their weekend in Florence.

“An exceptional requirement”

In his message on Instagram, Jean Ibert explains his decision to retire: “I work with more than 1,000 people. Women, incredible men, with whom I have shared this adventure for so many years.”

“Places and teams of an exceptional requirement. The collaborators who pass their lives by my side, who support me despite the storm and continue to believe in me. I owe everything.”
