Kaley Cuoco seems excited ever since she and partner Tom Pelphrey announced they were having a baby. They’d kept the news to themselves for a few months, but when they spoke publicly about the pregnancy, she started sharing a lot more about her journey, including funny messages from her and Pelphrey’s baby gender reveal day (it’s a girl) and other times when she was pregnant in the past but hadn’t yet publicly told anyone about it. She now shares how the workouts are going now that she’s been on her months-long pregnancy journey.
Time Cook had to hit pause in some of the activities he likes to do, he follows others. Cuoco has shared coaching positions via social media, so it’s no surprise that she continued at least some physical activity throughout her pregnancy. she shared a moment a few weeks ago with Tom Pelphrey in which he joked about “abs for days”. But this week he took it even further and met with his coach, Ryan Sorensen.
She shared a glimpse of their first workout together in what feels like a, watch it moment.
Meanwhile, while Cuoco has been able to maintain some form of physical exertion, it seems very clear from her second Instagram Stories post that there are some exercises she has been neglecting. I mean, squats. Nor does it appear that Sorensen took pity on her client. Your glutes must wish they skipped those squat days, right?
The actress isn’t the first celeb to share a grueling workout online. Nick Cannon’s hard workout went viral a while ago. Other celebrities like Chris Hemsworth have been known to share workouts online. But the pregnancy factor adds a whole new level of interest, as it’s inspiring to see moms falling in love even while pregnant.
It’s great that the mom-to-be kept moving throughout her pregnancy, but I can’t even imagine the DOMS Kaley Cuoco must have felt after doing her first set of squats (and with extra weights) in five months. Even so, she seemed significantly more encouraged to work through the pain with her coach than she was.
Sorensen opened up about some of the grueling workouts he’s put Cuoco through in the past and wastes no time. In fact, he’s included everything from planks to pushups, exercises I can’t even name with kettlebells and bands, and other workouts that aren’t for the faint of heart. One of my favorite posts shows her turning off the camera and Sorensen at one point doing planks, so that pushes her through some tough stuff and she’s taken it with humor for a long time.
Meanwhile, Kaley Cuoco may have some in 2023, but for the most part, she hasn’t slowed down one bit. Among new content such as Stewardess Season 2 (available with an HBO Max subscription) and Peacock’s meet cutethe star also has another streaming series on the way Based on a true story, which will also be available with a Peacock subscription. He’s on the go both personally and professionally, and I don’t expect those things to change anytime soon.
