Hacking never ends. Booba’s motto has never been so true. The rapper, whose Instagram account “lapiraterieofficial” was closed last January, obtained the annulment of this decision, his lawyers announced in a statement sent to the press:
“By decision of November 30, 2022, the president of the Marseille judicial court annulled the aforementioned order of January 17, 2022, which is therefore ‘null and void’, judging that the request to close the account of Instagram could not be processed. request, but should have been the subject of an adversarial debate.”
This deletion of the “lapiraterieofficial” account had been obtained from the Marseille court following a complaint by DemDem, Gims’s wife, for alleged acts of harassment.
Account reopening request
In the press release sent to the press this Friday, LPR Distribution, the rapper’s company, announces its decision to “officially ask Meta/Instagram to reopen the ‘lapiraterieofficial’ account.”
Since the deletion of his official Instagram account, where he was followed by 5 million subscribers, Booba communicated on two accounts, “lapiraterieofficial” and “OKLM”, which he had relaunched in November 2021.
The latter was deactivated on July 11 by Instagram following a complaint by the influencer agent Magali Berdah. The court ruling that led to the closure of the account was declared illegal in October. Instagram, however, refused to restore it.
Booba is used to deactivating his social media accounts. The rapper multiplies the provocations there and regularly invectives his rivals, starting with Kaaris.
