“The instructions were not followed,” he points out, recalling that these instructions were not decreed “to bother the people (but) to protect them.”
Traffic restrictions affected heavy vehicles weighing 7.5 tons on Thursday, with a speed reduction of 20 km/h and a ban on overtaking in some places. Sections of departmental roads and even highways have been closed.
