Presidential 2027: He is not yet a candidate, Fabien Roussel advances his pawns

The head of the PCF publishes a work in which it advocates the end of the RSA and the establishment of an “social security and training.” The former northern deputy, who became mayor of Saint-Amand-Le-Eaux, says he is “in the campaign for work” without declaring a candidate again in the presidential elections.

Does Fabien Roussel have leg ants? Officially, the National Secretary of the French Communist Party (PCF) is not a candidate for the next presidential elections, in 2027. But he recognizes this Wednesday, April 23, “in the campaign”, on the eve of the publication of his work, Work bias.

It is in the name of this issue that the former northern treatment plant, beaten in the last legislative elections by the extreme right, which ended More than sixty years of communist hegemony in its constituency: it is launched.

“This book is a declaration of love for workers,” he presents in France Inter, asking to build “a France through work, for employment, for training generations that will reach the market.” But also to “produce more, invest in public services, be independent in energy matters.”

Without completely crossing the Rubicon, the now mayor of Saint-Amand-Le-Eaux (North) says that “this program is a candidate.” But, to the left, the approval is far from guaranteeing. Because Fabien Roussel that had opposed “the left of work” to that “of the assignments” during the feast of humanity in 2022, a position widely criticized by the rest of the left, saliva of its box.

In his book, he repeats his desire to eliminate the RSA. “I do not take it to the beneficiaries, but the RSA, which has existed for forty years, has institutionalized and feeds the poverty of 2 million people in the fall. It is necessary to establish a five -year limit to eliminate the RSA, to eradicate unemployment, by guaranteeing all a job and a salary,” specifies the Parisian.

In detail, the communist wants to “create social security and training social security.” In other words, “a new organization, financed by social contributions and unemployment budgets, which will make each unemployed require work or training in their professional field and where he lives, without loss of wages.”

“I will not sacrifice France in a corner of the table”

With its proposals, Fabien Roussel intends to weigh before the race for the Elysée. When asked about the possibility of a primary to the left, he defends the singularities of his party. Far from the enthusiasm of the political leaders who advocate the union.

Namely, for the most part, the Marino Tondelier, re -elected the National Secretary of Ejobiliaristas this weekend, as well as his socialist counterpart Olivier Faure, who will also have to spend in spring through a congress, whose results promises to be more uncertain.

“I will not sacrifice France in a corner of the table where we would sacrifice the energy policy where nuclear must be abandoned,” warns the head of the PCF in France Inter. A stone in the isoumis garden and environmentalists.

Fabien Roussel is launching another warning, perhaps rather aimed at socialists and environmentalists: “In peace, we will not commit ourselves for a country that has a policy, ready to go to war in Moscow.”

And to underline, in the process that “on international politics” and “industrial”, it is “much closer” to the former prime minister of the Dominique de Vilpan right “than from some to the left.” Even offering “open the primary to the left” to the latter. A real will or a provocation?

If you do not align with the speeches of Marine Tondelier or Olivier Faure, Fabien Roussel, however, ensures in Le Parisien that she is favorable to a candidacy of the left in 2027. But repeats her opposition to “a facades union or that leaves aside the fundamental disagreements.”

In 2022, the 56-year-old elected official had embarked on the race for the first time, breaking with the support granted for his training to Jean-Luc Mélenchon in 2012 and 2017. Without achieving the game, his candidacy had raised 2.28% of the votes in the first round.
