“We are preparing a data breach audit operation with Social Security, conducted by ACT [Autoridade para as Condições do Trabalho]to detect precarious situations that can be easily identified, namely through the expiry of contracts,” said the Minister of Labour, Social Security and Solidarity, Ana Mendes Godinho, in parliament.
During a procedural hearing at the Labour, Social Security and Inclusion Commission, the official said it will be “intelligent inspection and the use of new technologies to detect unacceptable phenomena, as is the case of many people who spend their entire lives in precarious contracts.” .” “temporarily”.
