“You are an agent provocateur.” In the midst of a debate on equal pay between women and men this Thursday night in the National Assembly, during the review of the pension reform, deputies from Nupes attacked the attitude of the chamber, and in particular that of the President, Yaël Braun-Pivet. .

After several noisy interventions by LFI deputies, including Ersilia Soudais, her colleague Aurélie Trouvou asked to speak on a point of order.

After Yaël Braun-Pivet, Aurore Bergé, president of the Renaissance group in the Assembly, also protested against “the Nupes deputies who speak on behalf of women.”

While representatives Renacimiento and LR seemed to stand up against the Nupes and support the president of the chamber, Sandrine Rousseau, an environmentalist representative, ordered them, in turn: “It is not because there is a president that you are not a macho.”
