Former Interior Minister Eduardo Cabrita will be questioned on June 9 in Évora as a defendant in the investigation into the fatal hit-and-run trial on the A6, according to the court notice.
The document, which the Lusa office had access to, indicates that the hearing of Eduardo Cabrita and also his then head of security, Nuno Dias, will take place from 10:30 am in the main courtroom of the Court of Évora.
Earlier, starting June 7 at the same time and place, new witnesses will be heard in the trial, the notice said.
