Patrick Morais de Carvalho re-elected President of Belenenses

Patrick Morais de Carvalho was today re-elected president of Belenenses, with 85.56% positive votes, in elections for the period 2023-2026 in which he led the only list of candidates.

The election act, which took place in the sports center next to the Acácio Rosa pavilion, had a universe of 368 voters, who received a total of 2,541 votes, of which 2,174 (85.56%) were for list A, 159 (6.25%) were white votes and 208 (8.19%) were invalid votes.

Henrique Abecasis was elected to chair the Board of Directors of the General Assembly, a position taken by Pedro Pestana Bastos, who ceases to function, while João Morão remains Chairman of the Audit and Disciplinary Board of the Cruz de Cristo club .

At the helm is Patrick Morais de Carvalho, who has led the club since 2014, a total of eight vice presidents, including Ana Simões Ferreira, Carlos Jaime Santos, Douglas Gilman, Gonçalo Cid Peixeiro, Manuel Manso Neto Rosas, Paulo Amaral, Pedro Lourenço and Richard Skull.

Belenenses returned to the professional football level this year, after five successive promotions from the Lisbon district championships, and next season played in the II Portuguese Liga, second in Liga 3.
