The Portuguese tennis player Nuno Borges was eliminated this Monday in the Winston-Salem tournament, in the United States, after losing in the first round against the British Jack Draper, in two sets.
In the North American hard-court tournament, the Maiato player, ranked 79 in the ATP hierarchy, could not prevail over his opponent (118), whom he beat 6-3, 6-1, after 55 minutes.
This was the sixth consecutive defeat for Borges, and the last victory came on June 16, at the challenger in Nottingham, England.
