Argentine coach Jorge Sampaoli is the new coach of Seville, the Spanish football club announced on Thursday, a day after the resignation of Julen Lopetegui, who won one of the 10 games played in the 2022/23 season.
Sampaoli, 62, will return to Sevilla, which he coached in the 2016/17 season, before taking charge of the Argentina national team after signing a contract until June 30, 2024, according to an agreement released by the Spanish club.
