There are 32 teams and 64 games in the span of a month and in a small country: Qatar is the smallest country to host a World Cup.
And it is that the country is small that the World Cup takes place in only eight stadiums. A competition like this had never been held in so few stadiums.

The final will be played in Lusail – very modern, like all of them – and it is located in the city of the same name. The detail is that Qatar created it from scratch, on purpose, for the World Cup.
This World Cup is also the first to be held in the Middle East, the first to be held in winter and is even the most expensive in history: it has required an investment of some 200,000 million euros.
The host team, Qatar, kicks off the competition: they face Ecuador in the opening match, at the Al Bayt stadium. The duel is scheduled to start at 4:00 p.m. (7:00 p.m. local time).
Qatar – Ecuador has updated reports and monitoring in the TSF and reporting live from Doha, in a special broadcast starting after 3pm.
