The Portuguese soccer team is carrying out its last training session this Friday before the quarterfinal match of the 2022 World Cup, with Morocco, in a session in which Rúben Dias should already be working fully on the pitch.
Portugal has scheduled a training session at 4:30 p.m. local time (1:30 p.m. in Lisbon), in Al-Shahaniya, with the first 15 minutes open to journalists, and the center-back is expected to be under the command of Fernando Santos, after having limited himself to do specific work in the gym.
The coach should therefore have the 24 players he has available in Qatar, in a group that no longer includes Danilo Pereira and Nuno Mendes, who returned to Paris Saint-Germain to continue treating their injuries.
Before training, at 2:00 p.m. local time (11:00 a.m.), Fernando Santos and João Félix will speak at a press conference, prior to the meeting with the Moroccans, at the Qatar National Palace of Congresses.
Immediately afterwards, at 14:45 (11:45), the press conference of the Moroccan team will take place, with the coach Walid Ragregui and the player Ahmed Tagnaouti.
Portugal and Morocco will meet in the quarterfinals of the 2022 World Cup on Saturday, starting at 6:00 p.m. local time (3:00 p.m. in Lisbon), at the Al Thumama Stadium, in Doha.
