FC Porto is being subjected to a computer attack, a club source told Lusa on Thursday, explaining that the official website is not available due to “millions of access requests”, without entering the system.
“We are being the target of a DDoS (Distributed Denial of Service) attack. There are millions of access requests, which obstruct the ‘site’ and cause it to not work,” a club source told Lusa.
According to the same source, FC Porto hopes that this situation will be resolved as soon as possible, ensuring that the attackers “do not enter the structure” of the ‘dragons’ compound.
Sporting also reported that its official website is being subjected to a DDoS (Distributed Denial of Service) computer attack, which is causing “server overload” and unavailability of access.
