Benfica won this Sunday the bronze medal of the Futsal Champions League, beating Anderlecht, 4-3, in the match for third place.
In Palma de Mallorca, Chishkala (minutes 6 and 24), Diego Nunes (minutes 27) and Arthur (minutes 30) scored the goals for Benfica, while Gréllo (minutes 17 and 39) and Diego Roncaglio (minutes 33) scored for the Belgians.
European champion in 2019/10, Benfica got its third bronze medal, the second in a row (2015/16 and 2021/22), in addition to being a finalist in 2003/04.
Sporting continues to play the final today, against the hosts of Palma Futsal, in search of their third European title.
