Nintendo announced this Tuesday a net profit of 230,451 million yen (1,570 million euros) between April and September in the first half of its fiscal year, 34.1% more than in 2021.
Operating profit was 220,387 million yen (1,501 million euros), 0.2% more than in the same period of the previous year, according to the financial report of the Kyoto-based Japanese company.
Nintendo’s sales revenue grew 5.2% to 656,974 million yen (4,476 million euros), thanks to the constant sales of games for Switch consoles, both physical and digital, and the good performance of the Nintendo Switch Online service .
