Operai launches a learning mode so as not to let AI do everything alone

Criticized for its tendency to give too fast answers, chatbot, chatgpt, benefits from a new way, more focused on learning.

By using generative artificial intelligence, it does not go there on four paths, it gives an answer to a given question or request. But this trend is very criticized, especially by the educational world, but also for studies, which show that AI could have an impact on the reasoning of a human.

Therefore, Openai has an answer to provide: a “study fashion”.

A way that does not give the answer

This is presented as “a learning experience that guides it step by step.” When it is active, it allows you not to receive the response immediately, but will help you work your answers in a dialogue that you will give, at the end of the conversation, the solution to a problem.

This mode is now available, either free, more, Pro or Team users. It will be integrated into the Chatgpt Edu “in the coming weeks.”

The tool is described by their parents as “interactive and stimulating.” They promise that the generative AI, through Operai solutions, now allows “learning something”, and not just finishing a task.

In Chatgpt, once the active mode is, you can ask you to “learn” to do something and even offer you a document on which the chatbot can be based to ask your questions. In the given examples, there is a mathematical calculation that must be carried out. The chatbot will guide the student towards the correct answer and will not give it directly to him, understood if he claims it directly. And if you do not understand the explanations, Chatgpt will be reformulated using other terms or simplifying your approach.

To design the “study mode”, OpenAi explains that he surrounded himself with teachers, scientists and pedagogy experts. The objective is to better manage the cognitive burden of students or students who use their chatbot, but also “stimulate” self -reflection and curiosity.

Thanks to this way, the company led by Sam Altman hopes to silence criticism around its generative AI.
