Search and rescue operations have been completed, Xinhua added.
Preliminary investigations indicate that snow that has accumulated in the facility’s structure may be related to the collapse of the complex’s roof.
Due to the recent snowfall in the region, which is on maximum red alert for this meteorological phenomenon, more than 15 millimeters of snow accumulated in a short time, causing the roof to collapse.
