At least six people were killed and 18 injured in a crash involving multiple vehicles, including a bus full of high school students, on an Ohio highway.
Two of the fatalities were 18 years old and the third was 15 years old. The rest were adults aged 56, 45 and 39, local authorities said.
Among the injured, who were taken to a hospital, were 15 students, the bus driver and two drivers of other vehicles.
The crash involved five vehicles, including a bus carrying students and chaperones from the Tuscarawas Valley School District in eastern Ohio, said Sean Grady, director of the Licking County Emergency Management Agency.
Of the five vehicles, three caught fire in an accident whose cause is still unknown, authorities said.
Ohio Governor Mike DeWine ordered national and state flags to fly at half-staff on all public buildings in the area on Saturday, and encouraged other buildings in the region to follow suit.
