“The European Council has decided to start accession negotiations with Ukraine and Moldova,” announced the President of the European Council, Charles Michel, in a publication on X, after hours of debates between the heads of State and Government of the EU, meeting today in Brussels. , a meeting marked by the threat of a Hungarian veto.
