In a message posted on the Telegram network, the mayor of Kyiv, Vitali Klitschko, indicated that 450,000 homes were left without electricity this Friday morning, “1.5 times more than the previous days.”

On Thursday night, Volodymyr Zelensky indicated that “4.5 million consumers” were without power across the country.

This week, many Russian attacks have targeted Ukraine. Moscow has said it is targeting the country’s energy facilities.
