Ukrainian special units in the city.
The Ukrainian army announced in the afternoon that it had “entered” Kherson, in southern Ukraine. In his daily address, Volodymyr Zelensky clarified that the Ukrainian army “is currently on the outskirts of the city.”
“But the special units are already in the city,” he said.
