“Urgent Medical Care” for Peter Reynolds
The transfer of the British couple worries their loved ones due to their age and health. According to the children of the two detainees, Peter Reynolds needs “urgent medical care.”
“Refusing Dad constitutes a violation of fundamental human rights and contradicts the principles of mercy and compassion that are in the heart of Islam,” they said, in words informed by Sky News. They believe that the arrest of their parents “is cruel and unfair.”
“We urge those who are in power to show good will and release them immediately,” they asked.
