Beautiful archaeological vestiges of the third century BC. C. A Chinese tourist jumped a barrier and landed at the famous Terracota Army site in China, damaging two clay warriors, local authorities said on Saturday, May 31.
The 30 -year -old man visited this archaeological site on Friday located in the east of the city of Xi’an (north) and known worldwide to house the Terracota Army of the first emperor of China.

The authorities of this city reported that it had “climbed the security barrier and the protection network and (had) jumping,” according to a statement. He was diagnosed as “suffering of mental disorders” and the case is the subject of an investigation, added the press release.
Before being “dominated,” the man “pushed and took out the warriors in clay and damaged two statues. The well in which he jumped is up to 5.4 meters deep, according to the archaeological site website and extends more than 520 square meters.
The great tourist attraction of Xi’an, capital of the province of Shaanxi, the Emperor Qin’s terracotta army has been listed as a Unesco world heritage site since 1987. It has almost eight thousand statues of soldiers, buried near the mausoleum of Emperor Qin in 210-209 a. C.
