Britain’s new Prime Minister Rishi Sunak arrived in kyiv on Saturday for his first foreign visit since taking office, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said.
“Since the first days of the war, Ukraine and the United Kingdom have been the strongest allies,” Zelensky wrote on the Telegram social network, where he posted a video of the meeting with Sunak in kyiv.
This is Rishi Sunak’s first visit abroad since he took office on October 25.
