At least 1,760 Palestinians have been killed since the end of May in the Gaza Strip, most of them by fire of the Israeli army, seeking humanitarian aid, said the UN Human Rights Office for this Palestinian territory this Friday, August 15.
Between May 27 and August 13, this office “registered at least 1,760 Palestinians killed in seeking help: 994 near the sites of the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation (GHF, supported by the United States and Israel) and 766 throughout the itineraries of supplies’ convoys,” said a press release. “Most of these murders were committed by the Israeli army,” said the UN agency.
