Two Dutch teenagers were discovered dead at their hotel in Istanbul and their father had to be hospitalized, reports on Saturday, August 23, Turkish media that seem to question the food taken by the two young people.
According to the NTV private television channel, the two 15 and 17 -year -old children died when the police and the rescue arrived, alerted by the hotel where they were to the Fatih district.
“Upon arrival, the paramedics noticed the death of the two children. The father was transported to the hospital in ambulance,” said the channel that the three, on vacation in Turkey, went to the central and tourist district of Taksim for dinner on Friday.
NTV specifies that the 57 -year -old father was transported to the hospital in shock, but that, unlike his children, he had not eaten the day before.
An open investigation
Similarly, reports the news site having Türk, “the father told the police that he accompanied the dinner of his children the day before in the Taksim district but has not eaten.”
NTV cites an hotel employee, Mehmet Kirdag, who heard the father ask for help: “He called his children. When I hit the door and entered, the two children died, one in bed and the other on the ground.” According to the media, the police opened an investigation.
