Fuel prices increased significantly last week, according to the latest statement from the Ministry of Ecological Transition on Friday, March 10.
This slight rise brings the prices of these two fuels back to the levels at the beginning of February, when diesel had fallen below gasoline.
The price of oil remains at relatively low levels for the time being. A barrel of Brent was quoted last week at 83.5 dollars, 0.6 cents higher.
Despite the fact that the fever for the pump began last week, with fears of a lack of fuel linked to the movement against the pension reform, professionals in the sector ruled out the risk of shortages.
