Atwey Industrie: manufacturer specialized in energy storage solutions

Atwey Industrie is a Lyon-based company located at the center of innovation, specialized in the design and manufacture of custom batteries operating in various sectors.

From manufacturing to the second life of the battery

Since its creation in 2016, the Atwey Industrie company has specialized in the design and development of energy storage solutions. To date, it carries out various projects, from study to prototyping to the manufacture of medium and large series lithium batteries.

Furthermore, the company contributes to solving two major challenges: on the one hand, reducing the price of batteries and, on the other, increasing their useful life to improve its environmental footprint. Taking this into account, data collection facilitates the second useful life of the battery, as Laazizi Aboubakr, CEO of the company, explains to us.

Innovative solutions for energy storage.

Atwey Industrie works today with numerous clients, especially in the industrial sectors (handling machines, robotics, medical industry, electric mobility, etc.). Thanks to its design office and its 100% French production unit, the company offers the closest possible support to its customers, including in the context of after-sales service and in preparing for the second life of its batteries.

Finally, since 2018, Atwey Industrie has developed the SaveMyBattery brand, specializing in the optimization and manufacturing of longer-lasting batteries in the world of electric mobility, in order to offer turnkey solutions to its private and professional customers. By choosing a French manufacturer, they considerably reduce the carbon footprint of their batteries and also allow them to prepare the second life of the cells that make them up.

This double activity allows us to have clients during the first life cycle of the battery, and clients in the second life cycle. (…) this will allow us to recycle them to reuse them with other partners for energy storage purposes. », concludes Tarik Lkhooyali, co-founder of the company.
