Star advertisement in Italian luxury. The Italian Fashion House Prada announced Thursday that a “final agreement” had concluded with the American group Capri Holdings to acquire 100% of the emblematic Versace label for an amount of 1.25 billion euros.
The marriage between the two legendary brands will give birth to an Italian luxury group with a turnover of more than 6 billion euros, more capable of competing in the long term with the giants of the sector such as LVMH and Kering.
