According to the DHL website, this service is mainly used by individuals and small businesses, with a maximum weight of 31 kilograms. Only packages declared as gifts and a maximum value of $ 100 (86 euros), as well as sending documents, may be an exception, but DHL will strengthen controls to avoid abuse. The Bonn -based group justifies this change due to “new processes requested by US authorities for postal shipping.”
Less than 800 euros

Other European postal services, in Belgium, Austria or Denmark, have already taken similar measures.
