Three months after the liquidation of San Marina, the shoe brand’s summer collection arrives this Friday at 302 Noz stores. In total, 90,000 pairs for men and women are offered by the distributor at -60% of their original price.
“This will be the last chance to find, in limited stocks, San Marina items from the summer collection. The arrival of the winter collection is scheduled for the start of the school year”, specifies Noz in a press release.
At the beginning of April, the delivery company announced the purchase of 310,000 pieces of San Marina between “men’s and women’s shoes, accessories (scarves, scarves), some pieces of leather goods and cleaning products.”
600 employees on the floor
This isn’t the first time Noz has bought the shares of a struggling brand before reselling it at bargain prices. The outlet chain had done the same thing in January with Made.com products and, a few months earlier, with Camaïeu products.
San Marina permanently closed the doors of its 163 stores on February 15, leaving more than 600 employees on the floor. The group had requested its suspension of payments in September, explaining that it suffered the backlash of a judicial decision that forced it to pay rents for the year 2020, while the country was confined and stores closed due to the health crisis.
