The Conners: Check out Frankenstein’s surprisingly solid monster impression in the new clip from the Halloween episode

Halloween is a fantastic time of year for spooky content, and not just when it comes to horror movie coming soon and hardcore endeavors, but also for more family dishes. For example, costume holiday episodes are a staple in television sitcom history, especially when it comes to rosanna and its sequel The Conners. While the pandemic years have made it harder for shows to offer such party scenes, it looks like the next episode of ABC’s hit “Book Bans and Guillotine Hands” will give Halloween a big hug with the strength of a Frankenstein monster. Ben’s size.

Check out the new clip below, which gives viewers the guillotine hands of the episode, as well as a fiery taste of what Jay R. Ferguson would look like in both. James Whale’s classic from 1931 Frankenstein or perhaps Kenneth Branagh’s bizarre 1994 drama Frankenstein by Mary Shelley.

I enter any costume contest that targets the specific rather than the general, and if we don’t see this “Most Creative Frankenstein Costume” contest in its entirety, I will have no choice but to respond by marching towards the castle gates with torches. Or just a flashlight. Maybe just the image of a flashlight on my phone.

Anyway, I have to say that I would 100% see Jay R. Ferguson in some sort of high octane horror movie, especially since the actor hasn’t dwelt much on the genre during his career, with twin peaks and even bramble acting as exceptions. Now playing Frankenstein’s monster is a complete thing in itself aside from the simple gender workbut now my vote goes to him cheaters star to be next to raise Universal Monsters version of the literary character. Assuming that doesn’t take him away from his fake marriage to Sara Gilbert’s Darlene, of course.

Despite my defense of the impression, Dan clearly wasn’t thrilled, as he only needed to find a makeshift guillotine to show off. And I have to give it to him, I want one.

The episode synopsis doesn’t promise any extended bar footage for this costume contest, but here’s what it suggests:

  • It’s Halloween at Conners and Dan encourages the family to decorate the house. When everyone is feeling too busy and overwhelmed to help, Becky tries to take matters into her own hands. Meanwhile, Harris takes a stand on an issue that worries some in Darlene’s new neighborhood.

Kudos to Dan and Becky for keeping the Halloween spirit alive! And three nonsense for anyone trying to say they are too much to help with the decor. There are no delicacies for you.

It is very bad The Conners did not land upcoming guest star William H. Macy for this episode, because it would be nice to see the esteemed actor invest in the grisly Halloween parties. But we’ll wait a little longer to see the second play. Shameless reunion by emma kenney in season 5.

The Conners aired on Wednesday evening in ABC in first place at 8 p.m. ET, followed by new episodes of the Goldbergs, Abbott Elementary School Yes Domestic economy. The episodes are available the next day in streaming with a Hulu subscription and everything else you will find soon with our Program of the first TV 2022 .
