If the four chefs Philippe Etchebest, Paul Pairet, Glenn Viel and Hélène Darroze resume their services, it is at the level of this jury that the first shock will occur. This time, Hélène Darroze will not be leading a brigade. After winning her signings three years in a row, she will take on a new role for this 14th edition.
At the end of each episode, you will oversee a culinary duel. The outgoing candidate will oppose the winner of the duel of the previous broadcast, according to the explanations of entertainment television. Whoever has managed to win over the weeks will join the competition in the quarterfinals.

Another big change, this duel will replace a weekly mainstay of the show: the last chance test, which will no longer exist this year.
