American actor Jeremy Renner, treated since a serious snow-clearing accident in Nevada on Sunday, underwent two surgeries on Monday. He was in an intensive care unit Monday night, in a “critical but stable” condition.
A neighbor made him a tourniquet

Local sheriff’s services said he was rescued with “a traumatic injury” and airlifted to a hospital, saying he was the only one involved in the crash.
According to the specialized site TMZCiting witnesses, the actor was driving a snowplow to clear the access road to his home, in the mountains between California and Nevada, when the machine rolled over one of his legs. He lost a lot of blood and a neighboring doctor put a tourniquet on him before help arrived, according to TMZ.
