The Marvel Cinematic Universe spent much of Phase Four introducing us to new characters. eternal is a film full of new MCU members, but some of the most interesting come during the half eternal – closing credits scene . Patton Oswalt voiced Pip the Troll and Harry Styles was introduced as Eros Thanos’ brother. We don’t really know what the future plans are for the character, and even Eros creator Jim Starlin admits that including Eros won’t necessarily be easy.
The introduction of Eros at the end of eternal he’s done in a rather comical way, but in Marvel Comics, Eros, while he tends to be less mean than his brother Thanos, he’s actually not a very nice guy. Talk with Inversion Creator Jim Starlin says using Pip the Troll in the MCU will be easy, because you can just be a comic character, because Eros was previously written as a true sexual predator, where he becomes a “difficult” character to introduce into the news. MCU. Starlin says …
Eros, on the other hand, is interesting. I have no idea what they will do with it. I left him as a sociopath and he’s kind of a sexual predator. So I’ll be curious to see how MCU Eros stacks up against each other. Especially nowadays and at this moment. So it’s always difficult.
Eros was first introduced in 1972 and was at the time extreme the interest in the opposite sex and the way he treated them may not have been viewed the same way today. Eros actually was accused of sexual assault on the pages of Marvel Comics in the past, as well as using her powers to achieve various sexual conquests.
We could definitely see a version of Eros like this, where the character is much more of a villain than a hero. At the same time, seeing a villain in the MCU who could be described as a sexual predator would certainly be something new for the MCU. Such a character should be handled with a certain finesse that Marvel Studios hasn’t necessarily had to worry about in the past.
Alternatively, we might see a more familiar version of Eros that simply doesn’t follow that kind of path, allowing Marvel to avoid the more complicated aspects of the character. He might as well be a sociopath, but in the same way that many other MCU villains could technically be described this way.
Of course, when we get an answer to the question of how the MCU will handle Eros it is an unknown. Although we have a very good outlook wonder movie coming soon in the next two years of projects, there is nowhere we know for sure that we will see a gain eternal post-credits scene
we say to eternal 2 must come , but it has not yet been officially announced. As such, it may take him a while to see Harry Styles in the MCU again. However, this will give Marvel plenty of time to figure out how to handle this character.
