On Saturday, during a mobilization of environmentalists in Sainte-Soline (Deux-Sèvres) against the construction of a water reservoir, Yannick Jadot was interrupted by a group of activists. He also saw the car he had borrowed to get there, rented by Green MP Charles Fournier, labeled with the word “crevure” painted on it.
Sandrine Rousseau, questioned about these inscriptions on our antenna, does not support them and judges that “they did not really advance the debate.” Before adding: “That being said, Yannick Jadot needs to hear that we need to find a combat ecology that has been an ecology for years.”

Sandrine Rousseau, who had faced Yannick Jadot last year during the green primaries, had not hidden her differences with the EELV MEP during the presidential election. She had also been fired from her position on the campaign team.
His words now stir his party members. A supporter of Yannick Jadot estimated, with BFMTV, that Sandrine Rousseau “chose the black blocs against ecology”, before adding: “We do not make the same choice”.

In the same social network, Nolwenn Henry, municipal councilor of Quimper and former youth leader with Jadot, judges that the MEP already has, “for a long time”, a combat ecology. Stéphanie Dembak, assistant to the EELV at the Paris 19th arrondissement town hall, also defends the latter.
One month before the party’s congress, which will take place on November 26 and December 10, with a change at the head of the EELV, the different political lines within the EELV are thus increasingly heard.
